He was here for at least 6 hours and thoroughly cleaned each and every vent professionally. He even took the time to explain each procedure and how it works for my system. We made the dryer vent cleaning appointment because the clothes were not drying in one cycle. They cleaned the vent all the way through the attic and out of the roof. The last company did not go into the attic so obviously were not as thorough and we had the same problem again. But the dryer is drying perfectly good now. I would use them again when I feasibly can for whole house vent cleaning.
